What this is for
It reads a contract and tells you, in plain language, what it actually does — clause by clause, with the parts worth arguing about flagged and the questions you should ask before signing.
It is most useful on the contracts nobody reads: a supplier’s standard terms, a software subscription, an employment offer, a lease renewal. Those are exactly the documents where an auto-renewal clause or an uncapped liability sits unnoticed until it costs money.
What it is not
It is not legal advice, and it is not a lawyer. It can miss a clause. It can read one wrong. It does not know Iraqi law, your negotiating position, or what was agreed verbally last week. If the contract matters, have a lawyer read it — this is for arriving at that conversation already knowing what to ask.
It also will not tell you whether to sign. Any tool that gives you a verdict on that is overstepping.
What happens to your document
The file is read inside your browser. Its bytes are never uploaded. Only the extracted text is sent for analysis, and that text is not stored, cached, or logged anywhere — the analysis comes back and the text is discarded.
Scanned contracts with no text layer are not supported. If your PDF is a photo of a page rather than a document, paste the text instead.
